Camp Stand By Me Work Party

Camp Stand by Me offers welcoming, accessible camp experiences for children and adults with disabilities so they can enjoy the joys of camp, engage in various outdoor activities, and while create memories that will last a lifetime.

We are able to help them by maintaining their grounds. In fact, we’ve been doing it for years and they just awarded us their very first Legacy Award because they say our church’s support has epitomized the long-term, supportive relationship that they wish to have with every organization that engages with them.

Our next service day is on October 25 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Lunch will be provided and we have a lot we need to work on: Landscaping, vine and tree maintenance, trail clean up, garage organization, and just overall camp clean up. 

They are going to share the award with us on the 25th, so this would be a great opportunity for us to really show up.
